Where do you ship?
We ship globally to bring Heydude comfort worldwide! However, we currently cannot deliver to some remote areas in Asia due to logistical limitations. If you’re unsure about your location, feel free to contact us before ordering.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over $50) via EMS – arrives in 15-25 days after dispatch
Why does delivery take 10-25 days?
While we process orders quickly from our Burbank facility, international shipping times vary based on destination and customs processing. We’ve partnered with premium carriers (DHL, FedEx, and EMS) to ensure your Heydudes arrive safely and as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply contact our customer service at [email protected] to initiate your return.
Are there any return restrictions?
All returns must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging. We cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear or have been damaged after delivery.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned items, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
