Our Return Promise

We stand behind our family-friendly collection of sneakers, sandals, and apparel. Whether you bought our popular Wally sneakers, Wendy sandals, or any of our comfortable footwear for Men, Women, Little Kids, or Big Kids, we’ve made returns simple.

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn footwear or items without their original packaging. All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.

Easy 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package & Ship Your Return

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please:

  • Pack items securely in the original packaging
  • Include all original tags and documentation
  • Ship to our address at:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):

  • Refunds: Will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days using your preferred shipping method.

International Returns

For our customers outside the US (excluding some remote areas in Asia):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Refunds will be issued in USD

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn footwear (must be in new, unworn condition)
  • Items without original packaging and tags
  • Final sale items (will be clearly marked)
