We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two convenient shipping methods to get your Heydude products to you:

Standard Shipping ($12.95):

  • Shipped via DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Recommended for faster delivery

Free Shipping (Orders over $50):

  • Shipped via EMS
  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Great option for budget-conscious shoppers

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas in Asia). International orders may be subject to customs fees and import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Not completely satisfied? No problem! We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

  • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package & Ship Your Return

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please:

  • Pack items securely in the original packaging
  • Include all original tags and documentation
  • Ship to: Heydude Returns, 4843 Koontz Lane, Burbank, US 91504

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days using your preferred shipping method.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn footwear (must be in new, unworn condition)
  • Items without original packaging and tags
  • Final sale items (will be clearly marked)

International Returns

For our customers outside the US (excluding some remote areas in Asia):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Refunds will be issued in USD
